I was introduced to rotisserie cooking by a mate who had been cooking on charcoal for years.
He cooked a chicken on the rotisserie, and I could not believe how good it was. Perfectly even cooking outside and in, succulent and juicy, and loaded with favour. I asked him what did he do to the chicken – brine? Marinade? Rub?
He just smiled and said it was simply from cooking on the rotisserie, and it had the same effect with all meats.
So I was hooked on getting a Rotisserie, but the $300 asking price seemed excessive.
After extensive research, I found a preferred manufacturer in China, who were already exporting to Western Countries, such as Germany, USA, Australia. The product is of the highest quality, equal to any international brand.
So, I started bringing them in for friends and family and word quickly spread and demand kept increasing. I decided to launch this website to make a high quality product available at an affordable price for all Kiwis - simple as that!
Shipping is consolidated into containers with other products that I import, so the shipping component is very low cost, and we pass these savings on to our customers.
