How do I take care of the pizza stone?

After each use, let the pizza stone cool completely before cleaning. Gently scrape off any burnt residue with a soft brush or scraper, being careful to place too much pressure or scratch the stone— never soak in water or use soap, as the stone is porous and can absorb moisture or detergent. If needed, wipe it lightly with a damp cloth and let it air-dry thoroughly before using again. Over time, the stone will naturally darken — this is normal and actually helps enhance its non-stick surface and flavour.

Before using, ensure the pizza stone is not wet or damp as sudden heat can cause the stone to crack.

What materials is it made from?

The oven interior, pellet tray, and feeder chute are made from 430 stainless steel, ensuring durability, efficient heat retention, and easy cleaning. The exterior features a high-temperature-resistant powder-coated finish.

Is it recommended to keep the oven outside?

We recommend storing your pizza oven in a dry, sheltered area when not in use to protect it from weather exposure. While the exterior is coated with a high-temperature, weather-resistant finish, keeping it covered or indoors will extend its lifespan and maintain its appearance. If you plan to leave it outside, make sure to use a weatherproof cover to keep it clean, dry, and ready for your next cook.
